PILATES POWER FLOW: 43-MINUTE INTERMEDIATE MAT WORKOUT WITH BOSU BALL

This session is thoughtfully designed to elevate your Pilates practice by combining traditional mat exercises with the instability and resistance provided by the Bosu Ball. All fitness levels are welcome, but familiarity with basic Pilates principles is recommended.
